Payment

1. A deposit of 20% of the course fee is required at the time of booking.
2. Balance of course fees is required in full, no later than 3 weeks prior to course commencement.
3. Parchments will be issued to students only after their invoice has been paid in full.
4. Processing fee applies to credit card payments: 1% for Visa/Mastercard and Amex.

Cancellation

1. Cancellation up to 3 weeks before the training course, a full refund will be issued.
2. Cancellation within 3 weeks of the course: a refund will be issued less the deposit already paid.
3. Failure to show up for the course, no refund will be issued.
4. Participants who wish to transfer dates to another course within 3 weeks of the beginning of the course will be charged an additional $200 administration fee.
5. Each case is handled on an individual basis.

Cancelled or postponed AWS CE courses

AWS CE reserves the right to postpone/cancel a course at which paying participants will be entitled to one of the following:

• To participate in the next available course, or
• A full refund
