- A deposit of 20% of the course fee is required at the time of booking.
- Balance of course fees is required in full, no later than 3 weeks prior to course commencement.
- Parchments will be issued to students only after their invoice has been paid in full.
- Processing fee applies to credit card payments: 1% for Visa/Mastercard and Amex.
- All courses are GST free.
- Cancellation up to 2-3 weeks before the course: a refund will be issued less $200 administration fee.
- Cancellation within 2 weeks of the course: a refund will be issued less the deposit already paid.
- Participants who wish to transfer dates to another course within 3 weeks of the beginning of the course will be charged an additional $200 administration fee.
- Each case is handled on an individual basis.
Cancelled or postponed AWS CE courses
AWS CE reserves the right to postpone/cancel a course at which paying participants will be entitled to one of the following:
- To participate in the next available course, or
- A full refund
