Les Cowley has contributed to the metal fabrication and welding industry for almost 50 years and is something of an icon for his training and inspection expertise. He has presented advanced training for many years and now at AWS CE, is able to offer In Service Inspection masterclasses across Australia and Internationally. He keeps up to date with standards and technologies by still working as an inspector and supervisor, and a mentor for just about anyone in these industries.
