Our Managing Director Neville Cornish just had a working holiday of sorts, attending the American Welding Society Convention in Panama!

This event takes place every two years in a different location each time. It allows Agents and Staff from the AmWS to get together and talk business (nothing to do with off-shore tax havens, we promise). As we are a newly minted International Agent of the AmWS, this was a great opportunity for Neville to meet everyone involved.

The discussions were focused on the AmWS’s passion for maintaining the integrity of their credentials- ensuring Certified Welding Inspectors/Engineers/Educators around the world are backed by long-term, specialised experience. They are also explicit about the importance of ensuring the examination and qualification experience is consistent throughout the Agents and Exam Facilities around the world.
